Meet Dan: North Carolina native Dan Lowman began his career in real estate in 1969 when he became a licensed Realtor. He has been working in the Hilton Head market since 1976 and was Broker-in-Charge of the first Century 21 Real Estate office on Hilton Head Island. He has been a leading producer with Dunes Real Estate since 1991. His technological expertise is second to none. Dan also has an extensive background as a homebuilder and real estate developer.

Meet Deb: Originally from Meadville and Erie, PA, Debbie Lowman, a former PNC Bank VP and Managing Director of Private Banking, brought her expertise in working with high-net-worth clients, finance, and networking to The Lowman Team in 2004.  She is highly respected by her clients and known for her attention to detail and outgoing personality.  

Meet Tom: Tom was raised in the New York City region and moved to the Berkshires (western MA) full-time in 1997 after a long career in financial services. Tom received his MA real estate license in 2011, followed by real estate licenses in NY & SC.  Tom is currently an Associate Broker in all three States.   He has worked with both commercial and residential clients.  Tom has been investing in real estate since 1998.  Tom also serves on the Board of the Community Development Corporation of Southern Berkshires, whose mission is to create affordable housing and economic development.  He has been affiliated with Dunes Real Estate since 2021.

Tom attempts not to ruin many walks pursuing the game of golf!  Tom resides in Bluffton with his wife, Paula.

Meet Tammy:  I was raised in a small rural town where business was built on your word and a handshake — values that still guide how I serve my clients today. My passion for real estate began at just seven years old while “helping” in my dad’s home construction business, sketching floor plans with crayons, and touring completed homes for my siblings.

With experience in marketing, sales, and property management, I bring a strategic, relationship-focused approach to real estate. My background has strengthened my skills in negotiation, market analysis, client communication, and creative marketing, while also allowing me to build lasting partnerships across multiple industries and communities.

I am especially passionate about serving military families and have proudly supported organizations including Operation Homefront, the USO, and military spouse support programs. Whether you are buying your first home, relocating to the Lowcountry, utilizing VA benefits, or selling a cherished property, I am committed to creating a seamless experience built on trust, integrity, and personalized service.
